Welcome back to my philosophy and psychology themed curation from around the blockchain. I had to stop for a while due to starting a new job and getting a bit too busy with several projects, but I'm going to be filling in for one of our curator's that needs to take a break for a bit. Hopefully I'm not too rusty and find some nice posts for you guys.

Each post will be upvoted by the @msp-curation trail and one post will be featured and resteemed by the official @minnowsupport account. Please click through and support the featured authors if anything interests you and help us support quality content creators on the platform.

It's similar to the idea that nothing is really random and that the people we meet, the situations we encounter and the locations we travel to mean something on a deeper level. As if the physicality we witness is "merely" the end result we see manifest, long after the energetic dance that underlies it all has been carried out.

Along with this comes the construction of bio scientists as ‘heroes’ – as experts commanding knowledge we can’t live without, and the reinforcement that we need hi-tech biotech systems rather than local small-scale knowledge systems.

In only relying on other philosophers we become mere mouth pieces to what those philosophers have said, and we uncritically adopt and accept what they said without engaging in their work. We thus, in a sense, stop philosophizing when we do this.

The thing is that many people forget to optimise their emotions. Pay attention to your day-to-day activities, to your every moment in life, and you will see that many things you do are very much against your self-interest, and there is no reason at all to continue doing them.

You never know just how your words (also actions, presence, etc) might ripple out into the universe, you might reach the right people or person and amazing changes happen...
