The Summary of Our Times: “Epstein didn’t kill himself.”

For me, one sentence summarizes the crazy world we’re living in right now:

“Epstein didn’t kill himself.”

Why?

Read on.

We’re dealing with trauma about who we are as a species, what we’re capable of, and what we believe about reality. Magic, fantastical religion worked for many similarly to how some kids believed in Santa and the Easter bunny.

image.png

Waking up from that dream leaves hard materialism which gets shattered by quantum weirdness and the entangled delayed double split experiment wrecking our understanding of causality. So some turn to full on spiritual mysticism, ending up back at the magic stage.

image.png

Where does morality fit in through all this? Few ask the hard question of where their morality comes from. About four years ago, I started asking and there are no easy answers: https://peakd.com/philosophy/@lukestokes/where-does-your-morality-come-from

image.png

Personally, I went with the NAP and a belief that people are generally good, they are just stuck in bad systems and we should build new, better ones. The corruption of governments (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democide) being my main focus.

image.png

Cryptocurrency and blockchain governance solutions like DACs and DAOs seem like a great path forward to avoid the hierarchies of power and greed which inevitably corrupt and distort what might otherwise become voluntary agreements and transparent price discovery.

image.png

And then we have the stark reality of Epstein. This dude operated with impunity for decades. Watch Netflix’s Filthy Rich documentary. He appears as pure evil and yet seems connected to everyone. Now we start asking, “Just how widespread are these global pedophile rings?”

image.png

Some even go deeper back to the magic stage concerning what we see evidence of throughout history: ritualized human sacrifice, blood ceremonies, etc. Complete speculation on my part, but you’ve probably heard the “spirit cooking” stuff.

image.png

So we’re confronted with great evil and a coverup to keep it hidden and those responsible silent. For the number of people who shared an Epstein didn’t kill himself meme, how many read the full story of his death? I didn’t until just now.

image.png

We prefer memes over detailed analysis. We know something is seriously wrong in the world and narratives are being pushed that we know are false, but it’s more of an ‪intuitive‬ knowing than a factual one, partly because the facts are deliberately distorted.

image.png

‪Masks help stop the spread of a virus or act as a virtue signal to others that you are a pack animal who can go along with the herd? The virus was modified in a lab to cause serious, long-term damage or it came from a bat and we just need a vaccine or herd immunity?‬

image.png

The economy was already destroyed as far back as 1971’s Nixon shock, but we just kept printing to keep it going with the bandaids getting bigger since 2008? A globally coordinated reset to something else may be the only answer because QE infinity is not sustainable?

image.png

In a crazy world where someone like Epstein operates without concern among the power elite, what can a single individual do? The victory of brave whistleblowers is stolen via a lied about death.

image.png

This is what we are capable of: murder, racism, sex trafficking, greed, deception, and I haven’t even gotten into what we’re doing to the planet’s climate, ecosystem, or bio diversity through global species extinction.

image.png

It can be overwhelming. Some choose to tune out and double down on distraction. Others just let go of their expectations of hope for a better world and declare it all screwed up and beyond repair.

image.png

What can we do in a world where Epstein “officially” did kill himself and his co-conspirators still roam free? How do we make sense of the world if the data we get is distorted or simplified to memes only?

image.png

The answers I’ve been pursuing don’t seem to be gaining traction fast enough or the systems themselves aren’t ready for mainstream adoption. It feels like we’re stuck waiting for those in control to change course.

image.png

Nihilism is tempting, but self-destructive. Detachment is empowering but can be purposeless and without responsibility. We’re left with the basics: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

image.png

‪Keep thinking, seeking, loving, growing, and improving. The only answer I can find right now is for each of us to fix ourselves to fix the world. Somewhere there’s an Epstein who is deciding to take a different path away from evil and that will make all the difference.‬

Quite the meme collection

i spent all night reading from Kirby Sommers who was a sex slave to a different billionaire and who is now investigating Epstein, Maxwell and others. She said they were/are Mossad spies, and in fact they were double agents, working for many governments. Let's face it, they could find Ghislaine Maxwell if they wanted to. She is being protected obviously.....her father worked for Isreali intelligence, and she followed in his footsteps, and included Epstein in it.
What we see and hear is just the bare surface of everything....we will never find out the truth though.

read this entire thread:

that's weird that we are both thinking about Epstein, when this story has basically evaporated from the media. When they didn't go after Maxwell, i knew that she was being protected, and governments don't want her to come forward, they have secrets to hide.

I still wonder why the Epstein story never left the US news room

Don't mind me, I'm just here to mine memes. And share.

Well he sure killed a lot of dirt and stories about a lot of people by so-called killing himself that's for sure, so convenient for them, wasn't it? This and Pizza gate, hmmm oh what a web of lies we weave

Fun fact, in regard to this story is that you forgot to mention the ultimate crypto meme regarding epstein ...

WHACKD token aka the epstein got whackd/epstein did not kill himself token/nft

I'm reading this SUPER interesting book right now called The Fourth Turning. The authors talk about how four cycles of American history have repeated themselves over and over again throughout the entire existence of the country and explain we're in the fourth/final cycle right now.

The book was written at the end of the 1990's and I'm surprised about how much they've gotten right about the years that followed. They predict a major upheaval between now and 2030, which I believe we're already well in the midst of. Following the pattern of past events in this next decade they speak of possible financial collapse, major social upheaval (which could lead to civil war), and/or an all out war with another superpower. They say American has been in this fourth cycle several times before and have always survived and become a better country for it but this time it could go either way.

People, on a global scale, are waking up to the systemic corruption and want to throw off their shackles. Those who aren't awake see anyone who holds a different opinion than theirs is the enemy and they dig in their heels to argue and fight. Those who are awake don't have a dog in the fight because they see that the entire foundation of both sides of the argument is a complete sham.

My wife and I streamed the Epstein series on Netflix. I definitely feel that he and Ghislaine were agents whose goal was blackmail the ultra powerful, for whom or what end goal I'm unsure it was definitely not just for the money. Maybe just to insure the status quo continues to survive? It's very disturbing how deep the roots of this go. Epstein appears to be only one of a network of many who are doing the same thing. The series hit especially close to home for me. I used to work for Les Wexner in Columbus, Ohio (from '89 to '95) and no one I knew had idea any of this was going on. Epstein may have even been at some of the company functions while I was there. That's a weird feeling.

I’m starting to get the idea that you might not believe Jeffery Epstein killed himself
