Представьте, что Вы проснулись дома в мягкой кровати, за окном яркими перезвонами разливается трель птиц, а на кухне, на сковороде слышно шкварчание маминых фирменных гренок, отец читает «Российский вестник», а в ванной комнате Ваш младший брат или сестричка с завидным усердием натирает мылом ручного хомячка, это типичный пример такой социальной ячейки, как семья - самого первого и главного объединения входящего в социальный состав. Социальный состав - это ничто иное, как набор элементов, которые составляют структуру общества. К таким элементам относятся: индивид (человек); его различные объединения (от экономических до политических).
Вы выходите из дома и под лучами солнца направляетесь на любимую работу, где совместно с товарищами по цеху вливаетесь одним единым звеном корпоративного объединения в структуру этого же общества.
Примеров можно привести масса, может оказаться так, что Вас сократили, уволили, Вы студент, школьник, открыли своё дело, являетесь политическим деятелем или же по неблагоприятному стечение обстоятельств оказались вне общественных объединений и социальных групп (люмпен или маргинал, сложные слова с простым смыслом, люди, которые ещё не смогли найти своего).
Всё это объединяется в единую систему под названием Общество, многомиллиардный гигант с сотней тысяч теорий развития и регресса, примеров в истории и длинной дорогой, может и не светлого, но будущего.
Так называемое будущее уже зиждиться за Вашим окном, Россия, хоть и радикально-прогрессивными, но все же методами, движется по неутешительному маршруту.
Не так давно отгремели роковые 90-е, когда повторно ломали хребет обществу и подобно неправильно поставленному диагнозу врача-интерна, оставили срастаться сломанные кости без медицинского вмешательства.
Итогами сего действа стали вполне закономерные результаты, которые были показаны в цифрах многих исследований и теорий.
На основе данных были выделены основные социальные группы, составляющие основу российского общества в процентном соотношении.
Результаты были следующими:
7% привилегированный и самый малочисленный «Верхний слой», элитные группы, занимающие важное место в системе государственного управления;
20% «Средний слой», мелкие предприниматели, менеджеры, офицеры и рабочие;
60% «Базовый слой», самый многочисленный, работники массовых профессий, интеллигенция и полуинтеллигенция, работники массовых профессий;
8% «Нижний слой», мало, -неквалифицированные, беженцы или безработные;
5% «Социальное дно», преступные элементы, наркоманы, алкоголики и бродяги.
Исходя из данной статистики можно сделать выводы. За годы реформ , несмотря на социально-политический кризис, в стране не произошло формирования социально-классовых сил. Все разрушения, спровоцированные реформами в сферах материального производства и социально-политических отношений, привели многих людей к утрате определённого и устойчивого социально-экономического положения (в сопровождении маргинализации).
Новые экономические структуры складываются крайне медленно и совершенно не системно. Огромные слои населения потеряли своё место в старой социальной структуре в силу её распада, а при попытке попасть в новую социальную группу, не связывали с ней своего будущего.
Рабочий класс - некогда являвшийся особым классом, объединённым общим трудом, интересами, ценностями и образом жизни, стал постепенно исчезать, часть рабочих потеряли возможность трудиться, спустились на «социальное дно». Другая часть с энтузиазмом включилась в процесс «рыночных реформ», который часто выражался в простом разграблении своих же предприятий, кто-то подался в мелкое предпринимательство, многие влелись в «армию» безработных.
Молодежь - в криминал.
Прежнее крестьянство - ярлык с названием «Под угрозой исчезновения», вынуждены обособляться от разрушительной внешней среды в силу насущных вопросов: выживание.
Интеллигенция - весомая часть выехала из страны, многие представители творческих профессий ушли в предпринимательство (мелкий, реже средний бизнес), преподаватели, врачи, учёные, инженеры, задавлены предельными нагрузками и борьбой с бедностью и страхов нищеты. Разобщена и не представляет собой оформившейся социальной группы.
Что будет? Варианты развития событий.
Вариант первый. Это как раз та социально-политическая ситуация, которая не даёт надежды на скорое разрешение острого, социально-экономического, политического, духовного кризиса, назревшего в нашей стране. Игнорирование и бездействие подведёт российское общество к черте полного уничтожения Среднего класса, который во все времена являлся фундаментальной основной любого общества. Исчезновение повлечёт за собой последствия: слияние базового слоя и слоя Среднего класса; увеличение процента людей подходящих к черте бедности («Социальное дно»); проблема «богатых и бедных», увеличение материальной пропасти. Такова тенденция последних десяти лет.
**Вариант второй. **Необходимо универсальное развитие для всех людей, осознающих свою социальную силу и потенциал, развитие всех структур общества, преодоление отметки регресса в сферах и укрепления социально-экономического, материального «моста» между социальными группами на основе развития Среднего класса и преобразования Базовых слоёв общества в потенциальные единицы для перехода на слой выше.
Есть потенциал, необходимо желание и заинтересованность всех структур общества, ведь птица не сможет взлететь в небо без одного крыла.
