RE: A Better Store of Value

That dual screen phone was awesome. I think it's a safe bet that the number of activity of cell phone users is texting. That alone justifies the e-paper display. As far as sustainability, we are seeing sustainability issues right now with Apple, who is getting sued, because their phones are not sustainable. The lawsuit is about how Apple IOS updates slow down old phones. And apple is saying they have to do that because the batteries wear out. I predict we see Apple go the way of the blackberry and the dodo bird within a year or two.

I discovered an example of decentralization saving energy with Steemit just yesterday. I went on Discord and discovered a bot that can organize my Steemit feed and Steemit activity (likes, follows, key words etc). It appears the Steemit system expends no energy of its own for this to occur.

By the way, did anybody else get nostalgic about Nintendo Gameboy when watching the e-paper video?

Huh, what's this? mind elaborating?

Was Gameboy based on e-paper? I think they provide a rather different experience as well..

I thought it was the same tech based on the video. I remember Gameboy could not be played in the dark and it didnt require much power (double a batteries) and it looked the same. Maybe i was wrong there.
