Oversized Kaleidoscope Photography Light Painting
Politics is talking about a 3rd Covid Wave. This reminds me of my Lockdown Light Painting session.
There is that fascination with reflections in photography. Arent, you just looking at these images and try to figure out what happened here? YES! That's what I mean.
Remember my post from the beginning of the first Lockdown? Ok here is more of that.
Have a closer look at the last image, then you can see how it was done!
The next one is different. Do you see the difference?
Just opened the doors and placed another mirror in front of the doors. Bam there is my kaleidoscope. For the last image, I put another mirror on the bottom so the camera is looking into itself.
The camera was set to ISO 100 and I think it was F11 or so. Nothing difficult. Then I simply lit the kaleidoscope on all corners where I can put light through.
I hope it was informative and maybe also somewhat inspirational. If you have more questions please do not hesitate. I am happy to share my knowledge.
