What I bring to you today is but one of the many faces of Chile, from the perspective of someone who goes out daily to work in its streets. No, it is not me. I have never left Venezuela (not to mention that political and economic issue so worn out and painful).

Lo que traigo hoy para ustedes no es más que una de las tantas caras de Chile, desde la perspectiva de alguien que sale diariamente a trabajar por sus calles. No, no soy yo. Nunca he salido de Venezuela (Ni hablar de ese tema político y económico tan gastado y doloroso).

However, I have many dear friends who have taken their things and dispersed to different parts of the world, that, although I am still here, has allowed me to see from a distance their good and not so good perspective of life in those places.

Sin embargo tengo muchas amistades preciadas que tomaron sus cosas y se han dispersado a conocer diversas partes del mundo, eso, aunque sigo aquí, me ha permitido ver desde la distancia su perspectiva buena y no tan buena de la vida en esos lugares.

Photographs capture moments in time. A friend whom I love very much has captured for what were brief moments of the streets of Chile at dusk, on the way to work. The lights, the traffic, that urban, colorful air. I have wanted to share with you this visual gift that was made for me, so these photos are mine, and today, also yours. I hope you like as much as I do the landscape of beautiful Chile in the late-night limbo.

Las fotografías capturan momentos en el tiempo. Un amigo al que quiero mucho ha capturado lo que fueron los breves instantes de las calles de Chile al anochecer, camino al trabajo. Las luces, el tráfico, ese aire urbano, colorido. Yo he querido compartir con ustedes ese regalo visual que fue hecho para mí, por lo que estas fotos son mías,y hoy, también de ustedes. Espero les guste tanto como a mí el paisaje de la preciosa Chile en el limbo tarde- noche.
