Today's protagonist from the Birds on Runde Island series is the Common Cormorant, the Black Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) - a species of bird from the cormorant family (Phalacrocoracidae).

Dzisiejszym bohaterem z serii ptaki na wyspie Runde jest Kormoran zwyczajny, kormoran czarny (Phalacrocorax carbo) – gatunek ptaka z rodziny kormoranów (Phalacrocoracidae).
It is a skittish species if we photograph it from the shore without masking it, but from my experience I know that you can get to it quite close by boat.
When I am on Runde and I want to photograph cormorants, I buy a ticket for a tourist boat that swims around and I take photos from it.
Jest płochliwym gatunkiem jeżeli będziemy go fotografować z brzegu bez zamaskowania jednak z mojego doświadczenia wiem , że można całkiem blisko do niego podpłynąć łodzią.
Gdy jestem na Runde i chcę go sfotografować to kupuję bilet na łódź turystyczną , która opływa wyspę i z niej fotografuję.
However, this method has a lot of disadvantages, namely - too many tourists who usually disturb and sometimes there are quite large waves that rock the boat and then catching focus is almost a miracle.😃😉
Taka metoda ma jednak sporo minusów , a mianowicie – zbyt duża ilość turystów , którzy zazwyczaj przeszkadzają no i czasami zdarzają się dość duże fale , które bujają łódką i wtedy złapanie ostrości graniczy z cudem.😀😉
