I think, the idea with the red and the green light was not that bad ;) you should take more care of yourself, especially when you retire in a few months, because you don't want to spend all the free time ill in bed, do you?

LOL at sounding like your Mum, also sounding like my wife I am at home today and made a Drs appointment, going out inthe cold today where it was about -10 C would have been !DERANGED

Yes I was telling myself the same I need to start listening to what I say and not going out when its too cold for photo walks, which I did over the last week or two, so its my own fault but lets see what the Dr says

Good boy, if not listening to me or to yourself, then listen to your wife, because she is also the one who can hide your shoes that you cannot go out ;)
Hopefully the Dr will tell you the same and cure you, so we will soon have a healthy JJ here 👍🙂

Dr said my Lungs didn't sound to bad but he thinks I have the start of an infection so prescribed antibiotics and r4esting for a few more days, which will drive me nuts but i will do as he says

I may not be !DERANGED but I share deranged tokens, similarly I don't drink !BEER anymore

Yes, my friend, don't be !DERANGED and do what the doctor says. Better rest for a few days than for weeks.

Well I know I will stick to it this season ( well I think I will but I can be !DERANGED sometimes) but next season who knows, but then I wont be working so can go for walks anytime not just early morning :)
