Tenemos el mejor ayudador que existe en la tierra, el Espíritu Santo de Dios, ese es el mismo espíritu que levantó a Jesus de los muertos resucitándolo y ese mismo poder hoy actúa a nuestro favor.
Y de igual manera el Espíritu nos ayuda en nuestra debilidad; pues qué hemos de pedir como conviene, no lo sabemos, pero el Espíritu mismo intercede por nosotros con gemidos indecibles.

We have the best helper that exists on earth, the Holy Spirit of God, that is the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead by resurrecting him and that same power acts in our favor today.
And in the same way the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for what we should ask as appropriate, we do not know, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groans.
