Foie gras chaud

Salut à tous,
un plat que je fais rarement du foie gras poêlé.

Il faut un lobe de foie gras mi-cuit.

Couper des escalopes un peu épaisses.

Faire chauffer une poêle sans matière grasse.

Quand elle est très chaude poser les escalopes, le foie doit être saisi, le retourner avec une spatule et déposer sur du papier absorbant.

Pour le service sur une tranche de pain grillé, j'ai fait aussi un chutney de pamplemousse et un peu de crème de balsamique.
