Tortilla aux courgettes

Salut à tous, histoire de varier ses assiettes en mangeant des légumes.
Des tortillas snackées et des courgettes poêlées.

Les courgettes sont bien revenues avec une légère coloration et du poivre de timiz qui est un poivre long et fumé, il ne se mout pas mais s'égrène, c'est très sympa si vous avez la chance d'en trouver.

les tortilles sont juste snackées des deux cotés et il suffit de les garnir.
