Hi friends.
The weather is overcast today. There is no sun, so the lighting for the photo is not the best.
But the flowers in the yard are blooming and stand out on the common lawn in bright spots.
These large flowers look like starfish. The petals move in the wind like the limbs of a clam.
For Northern latitudes, where I am now, such flowers are pleasing to the eye and serve as a reminder of home.
