Hi,

Usually after my daily 5k run, I go for a little swim in my local lake of Balsys.
It’s been snowing for the last couple of days and temperature is about -2C.
Probably don’t need to explain all the benefits of cold water and I’m really enjoying it. It became as my habit.
Usually I’m on my own but it’s Sunday and my wife accompanied with my fun 🀩
She took some photos of me and my activities πŸ˜πŸ‘
Hope you will like or not and leave some comments πŸ˜πŸ‘

Warm heart ❀️ cold blood ❄️ 😁

πŸ₯Ά I can’t imagine this.
I took a splash in a cold river during summer and my chest did these weird convulsions, probably shock. Felt like I was going to die 😬
Could imagine this cold!!
You must be a tank.

Great photos! Who took them?

Hi, I’m not getting any convulsions but probably it takes time to get used and when you doing it almost every day, it becomes a nice habit πŸ˜πŸ‘
My wife took photos and she is getting convulsions only by looking to my fun πŸ˜‚
