I want to tell you a little bit about a community I'm a member of and with which I've been able to grow together with all the other users, it's called @project.hope you can visit it at any time. In this space all the users do the possible thing to support to us, commenting and voting our publications, the idea of everything is to be a very united community and I believe that we have obtained it.

First of all we have our friend @emimoron who gives us an excellent publication on the importance of having a good leader, to know how to deal with people and manage such a situation, in my opinion people confuse being a good leader with being an arbitrary boss, I think there is a very small gap from one side to the other.

Secondly, we have our friend @yusvelasquez who brings us an excellent topic, something we should all practice, LAUGHTER, I believe that laughing gives us so many benefits that if we all knew the importance it has we would be happier and healthier people.
