The world on that side, I am on the other,
Looking the fun over there, I didn't even bother.
Caught in this world, but I wasn't sad,
Nothing to do but, nothing to be mad
Passing the time, just for it to be,
Always wondered, what that world is like to see.
Wish to get out, but I am stuck here,
Screaming out loud, but no one to hear.
Losing all hope, sat in a corner and cry,
Thought I am all alone and that's how I will die.
Than I whispered, just to give a last try,
Down came an angel, from the sky.
White light surrounding her, her face lit like moon,
In her gentle voice she whispered, i will get u out soon.
After years of darkness, saw a single ray of light,
Can't explain that feeling or that sight.
Broke the window, shattered the glass,
Fearing to go out, and make that pass
She asked to me, to hold her hand,
Going out with her, in an unknown land.
Stepped out of darkness, into the light,
Felt so beautiful, like a warrior winning his fight.
Never imagined a world, could be so beautiful like that,
Looked the beauty of everything, with my angel I sat.
After I got nominated for Black & White challenge, I just clicked this pic and just felt like I should write what I feel by looking at this pic. So hope you all humans enjoyed my poem.
