Today, the "extraordinary congress" of the CSV, Luxembourg's Christian-democratic party, marks a new beginning.
After a rather tormented period of internal strife, the party needs to articulate a clearer vision for tackling the challenges facing the country, Europe and the world.
Among the former, the demographic transformation simmers and sometimes boils over visibly into the "language" topic.
Aware of the spectacular success of the Jean-Claude Juncker era, I believe we should avoid at all cost that the language topic poisons the political space. Becoming, in this respect, a "mini Belgium" is the worst that could befell Luxembourg.
