To nie spam, ale kolejna edycja @poprzeczki. Już 386 ;) A dokładnie to druga w tym roku. Zachęcam wszystkich do udziału bo jest to przyjemnością - można osiągnąć wiele, a można po prostu spacerować lub robić to co każdego dnia.
Przypominam, że by wystartować należy:
-być uczestnikiem trwającej edycji styczniowej,
-zgłosić się do startu
Ci którzy startowali na przykład w grudniu (@homesteadlt) lub dawniej (@deepresearch @ervin-lemark @grecki-bazar-ewy @griega @ilodz24hd @jozef230 @kwsnomzys @matthew1 @nanie.lilla @perymetr @romualdd @rozioo @ziabutt3836 @zimnaherbata) - by wystartować MUSZĄ wyrazić na to chęć.
Jeśli ktoś chce to można sobie też zrobić przerwę lub się wycofać. Można na przykład nie publikować trzech pierwszych raportów - wtedy jest jasne, że ktoś nie startuje.
Zasady są proste na tyle, że w ogóle się nie zmieniły od ponad 20 miesięcy. Robimy kroki, których liczbę rejestrujemy za pomocą aplikacji @actifit. Każdego dnia powinniśmy zrobić o tysiąc kroków więcej. Pierwszego - 1000, trzeciego - 3000, piętnastego - 15000, dwudziestego ósmego - 28000, pierwszego marca - 29000 - i tak dalej, aż do odpadnięcia ostatniego uczestnika.
@poprzeczka to nie maraton ani sport także kolejną zasadą jest to, że można sobie zrobić dwa dni przerwy w raportach lub mogą mieć one mniejszą od zakładanej liczbę kroków. Dopiero trzy raporty pod rząd bez spełnienia powyższych zasad - oznaczają odpadnięcie z zabawy.
Jak ktoś chce wiedzieć więcej to zachęcam do czytania profilu @poprzeczka oraz prześledzenia przebiegu kolejnych edycji.

If someone wants, you can also take a break or withdraw. For example, you can not publish the first three reports - then it is clear that someone is not running.
The rules are simple enough that they have not changed at all for over 20 months. We take steps, the number of which we record using the @actifit application. Every day we should take a thousand more steps. The first - 1000, the third - 3000, the fifteenth - 15000, the twenty-eighth - 28000, the first of March - 29000 - and so on, until the last participant is eliminated.
@poprzeczka is not a marathon or a sport, also another rule is that you can take a two-day break in the reports or they may have a smaller than expected number of steps. Only three reports in a row without meeting the above rules - mean falling out of the fun.
