The season has already passed, but in my kitchen today, along with pancakes, there was strawberry jam on the table, so the taste of strawberry pieces makes it irresistible and it has a wonderful structure.
I decided to write you a simple recipe for this irresistible treat.
Ingredients:
3 kg of strawberries
1 kg of sugar (maybe more depending on how sweet you like it)
2 jamfix Dr.Oetker
Bottles in which we will put jam
Preparation:
Wash strawberries well and remove green stalks.
When the strawberries are ready, put the strawberries and sugar in the bowl in which you decided to prepare the jam.
Stir them lightly and put them on a low heat to start cooking, they will release their juice. Never mix roughly to leave pieces of strawberries.
They should be cooked on low heat for about half an hour. Meanwhile, put the fixing jam in a small bowl and mix in 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Add this mixture to the strawberries that are cooking and stir a little coarser.
Leave them for another 15 minutes to cook and remove from the heat, the mass will get its density and a nice texture.
When it cools down a bit, put it in the bottles you intended for the jam.
This fruit preserves eyesight, raises immunity, protects the body from free radicals and their harmful effects, and "erases" wrinkles. Because of all that, they are ordered in the diet, find places for strawberries in your plate.
