Is this open to the world? Most of these giveaway are firmly USA centric but they never tell you as they want the numbers up.

The list of MUSTS is there to protect against multi-steemit accounts. Keeping things fair for everyone involved. It may seem like a lot when presented in the list, but all these MUSTS are actually quite easy to do.
