Going to the ymca, it's been more than a few days and now after coffee and soup today, feel like I needed to burn some energy. Move my body, get my heart rate up. It's cool outside but not too cold, juat 3'C and I'm wearing shorts but also a jacket.
5pm traffic is rushing home 🏡 and I'm 1/4 of the way done already. I feel my breath shortening and my heart pounding in my chest. At the crosswalk I stop typing and look around.

Now I've made it to the ymca, not go go inside just to walk around the building. Over the chalk circles and spray painted designs, and then home again from here. Sitting at my desk all day had my feeling anxious and restless. I'm going to walk the rest of the way back listening to some music now. Where are you walking today?
