Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ gives us everything we need in this life and after this, he makes us his son and saves us forever.
Without God we have absolutely no hope, we are born in a condition as a consequence of sin and in this way we walk throughout our lives, the consequence of this sin is separation from God forever and nothing of the best we can doing can change this situation, this truth locks all creation in the same situation. That is where the abundant grace of God takes relevance and prominence, whose favor that we did not deserve is for us.
I give thanks to the one who strengthened me, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he considered me faithful, putting me in the ministry, 13 having previously been a blasphemer, persecutor and injurious; but I was received mercy because I did it out of ignorance, in unbelief. 14 But the grace of our Lord was more abundant with faith and love that is in Christ Jesus. 15 Faithful word and worthy of being received by all: that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the first. 16 But for this reason I received mercy, so that Jesus Christ might first show in me all his clemency, for an example of those who would believe in him for eternal life. 17 Therefore, to the King of the centuries, immortal, invisible, to the only and wise God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

We have the clear example of the apostle Paul who was a faithful persecutor of all those who were followers of Christ, he was very zealous in his religion and had a leading role in the persecution of Christians, he was the first, the main "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the first."
And we apply our reasoning nothing that the apostle Paul could do after this would deserve forgiveness or simple attention from God, but to this applied with grace, God transformed him through the love of Jesus Christ expressed through a prophet who did not refuse to show him the love of the lord, this is part of the abundant grace of God.
Let's remember that salvation has nothing to do with works, it is absolutely by grace, nothing good enough that we do can make us win heaven, there is someone who already received all the punishment we deserved and thank God today there is no sin so great that it can separate us from the love of God, we do not need to add anything to the work of Christ, what we can do and what we must do is joyfully receive that gift that consists of placing absolutely all our trust in Jesus Christ as our sufficient Savior and that makes us children of God for all eternity.

La confianza en el señor Jesucristo nos da todo lo que necesitamos en esta vida y para después de esta, nos hace sus hijo y nos salva para siempre.
Sin Dios no tenemos absolutamente ninguna esperanza, nacemos en una condición de consecuencia del pecado y de esta manera andamos durante toda nuestra vida, la consecuencia de este pecado es la separación de Dios para siempre y nada de lo mejor que podamos hacer puede cambiar esta situación, esta verdad encierra a toda la creación en la misma situación. Allí es donde toma relevancia y protagonismo la abundante gracia de Dios, cuyo favor que no merecíamos es para nosotros.
Doy gracias al que me fortaleció, a Cristo Jesús nuestro Señor, porque me tuvo por fiel, poniéndome en el ministerio, 13 habiendo yo sido antes blasfemo, perseguidor e injuriador; mas fui recibido a misericordia porque lo hice por ignorancia, en incredulidad. 14 Pero la gracia de nuestro Señor fue más abundante con la fe y el amor que es en Cristo Jesús. 15 Palabra fiel y digna de ser recibida por todos: que Cristo Jesús vino al mundo para salvar a los pecadores, de los cuales yo soy el primero. 16 Pero por esto fui recibido a misericordia, para que Jesucristo mostrase en mí el primero toda su clemencia, para ejemplo de los que habrían de creer en él para vida eterna. 17 Por tanto, al Rey de los siglos, inmortal, invisible, al único y sabio Dios, sea honor y gloria por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
1 Timoteo 1.12-17
Tenemos el ejemplo claro de la apóstol Pablo quien era un fiel perseguidor de todos aquellos que eran seguidores de Cristo, era muy celoso era su religión y tenía un protagonismo en la persecución de los cristianos, él era el primero, el principal "Cristo Jesús vino al mundo para salvar a los pecadores, de los cuales yo soy el primero".
Y aplicamos nuestro razonamiento nada de lo que pudiera hacer el apóstol Pablo después de esto merecería el perdón o la simple atención por parte de Dios, pero a esto aplicado con gracia, Dios le transformó a través del amor de Jesucristo expresado a través de un profeta que no se rehusó a demostrarle el amor del señor, esto es parte de la abundante gracia de Dios.
Recordemos que la salvación nada tiene que ver con las obras, es absolutamente por gracia, nada de lo suficientemente bueno que hagamos puede hacernos ganar el cielo, hay alguien que ya recibió todo el castigo que merecíamos y gracias a Dios hoy no existe pecado tan grande que pueda separarnos del amor de Dios, no necesitamos añadir nada a la obra de Cristo lo que podemos hacer y debemos hacer es recibir gozosos ese regalo que consiste en depositar absolutamente toda nuestra confianza en Jesucristo como nuestro suficiente Salvador Y que nos hace hijos de Dios por toda la eternidad.
