The lost book of enoch answers many questions like this. The book of enoch is cross referenced many times in the bible but it was denounced. Basically it explains how aliens got on the planet and genetically interfered with the human bloodline and how this upset a cosmic balance because god had not made a spirit vessel for the human/angel hybrid.
