Our Life and Results That Emerge

Life is a game. Some people win and some lose, but the majority get ahead by manipulating others to do their bidding for them. People will always abuse positions of power to gain more and more wealth until it all collapses into anarchy. The most intelligent people will naturally rise to the top, and use their intelligence to control others. Intelligence is more valuable than strength or social standing. If you are smart enough, no one can stop you. So what matters here is the end result and the path taken to get there.

It is human nature to desire a result. We want results in our lives, but there are many different kinds of results which we have. We pursue goals and strive for things that will bring us some kind of result. The question then arises as to whether one particular result would be the right or best one? I think this is rather difficult to answer, because how can you compare outcomes between people? One outcome might be better for one person, but in another case it might not. What is good for you may not be good for someone else.

I think that to some degree, an all win scenario result is impossible, because I cannot see a way in which everyone could get all of their needs and desires fulfilled. For example, you might want world peace but at the same time someone else wants violence. So how can we have both? The best results are ones that do not seem likely to happen.

I also think that our desires lead us to compare different kinds of results and decide which one is best. This may not always be the case though, because some people might not particularly care about what kind of result they get or have. They would rather just get a result. So I look at the pandemic in a similar light. There is no winning here but a result at the end with a path in between.
