I have seen a lot of series in my days and I am a true sci fi lover. But this was by far one of the worst season starts in history of sci fi. I don’t know if I should categorize this series as a satire of sci fi or take it serious.
The conversations are boring. The plot was “wtf is this about”. The acting was subpar. Who thought it was going to be a good idea of making a episode about one of your officers that needs to pee once a year is clearly missing something. And then it got even worse. They do it with their friends and family present. Why would anyone think of such a plot?
I did not like The Orville from the start even season 1 was not that great. You can read why over here. But this put it over the top. No way I will ever look at another episode of this sci fi show! Anyone who watched this crap as their first sci fi series will hate the genre for the rest of their life.
