If a word communicates that point, then that word has achieved the most important aim of language.

That's right. I don't think it's a great difficulty for English speaking countries to make their language clear as to the use of some slangs or words but there are some that have to be spared. Me for instance I'm an African and I think if a British or American is conversing with me, he shouldn't necessarily expect me to be accurate in my language but just pick the sense out of it. Once he understands, I think my language would have achieved it's purpose of communication
