How many people are there? I have no idea. But this restaurant is still the most visited McDonald's restaurant in the world.
Conservative communists saw McDonald's as part of American pop culture, a "Western Contagion" that could harm the USSR. They were just a bunch of old freaks... but less than two years after the opening of this restaurant, the Soviet Union ceased to exist as a state.
