5 Minutes ago.
Five minutes ago I was laying down to go to sleep. From nowhere in the darkness of closed eyes came an avalanche of thoughts. Weird, because I am not in a snowy place.
So in came the thoughts, out went the sleep. You might be thinking, what would I have on my mind to keep me awake at night? Speaking of minds.
Do men actually have a mind? I mean as soon as they make their (alleged) mind is made up, the wife changes it.
Well, the first thing is. The paddie fields in Japan. How the hell did Irish farming fields end up in Japan? Did they take the top soil from Ireland and ship it off to Japan?
I don't know, but, I think their should be some questions asked and answered.
Then came a cloud of isolation. Alone, surrounded by blackness, reaching out into a black void in fear of actually touching something that should not be there. The relief of finding no one else there. Cause if I did, it would mean I was not in my bed.
But that alone feeling. The one you get sometimes and think, Am I the only one?
Okay maybe a bit of background to this is needed.
Recently, I have been hearing a lot about people getting offended. Mostly highlighted for the dumb reason they are getting offended. In my case though, it is bullying by a majority. The rest of you out there refusing to let me into your global club of "the offended".
I spent 2 days watching comedians on stage.
That people want to target their social justice warrior armoury of words and cancel culture at them for being humorous. I failed to get offended. One of you out there has to tell me what the secret is to finding something offensive in just about anything.
You know what, I actually feel offended that I am targeted like this. I should have privilege for being a minority and gain extra benefits. I should start a campaign.
I surely cannot be the only one not offended by this global casting out of a minority. This should be highlighted and brought to the global corporate media attention.
