Like Paul, we are called to lead a life of total consecration to God, in accordance with the spirit of our calling, discipleship and adaptability.

In the book of Acts, Paul expresses his dedication of total consecration to God according to the vision he had of his call to the ministry to preach and spread the Gospel.

Therefore, O King Agrippa, I was not rebellious to the heavenly vision, Acts 26:19 New King James Version (NIV).

Paul was totally dedicated to the task of spreading the gospel and establishing churches throughout the known world until then. He lived what he wrote, "because the gifts and call of God are irrevocable" (Ro 11:29). His life embodied three basic concepts of leadership: 1) He was dedicated to the goals and spirit of his calling (Phil 3: 7-8); 2) He communicated his convictions to others (2 Tim. 2: 1) and endured all the difficulties necessary to achieve that end (2 Cor. 4: 8-11). 3) Remained alert to changes. The apostle adapted to cultural, social and political changes and, in this way, he never lost his relevant position (1 Cor 9: 19-22).
