The selfless Christian love for foreigners is of vital importance in the eyes of God. It is necessary to remember how you feel when we are discriminated against, therefore, never discriminate against others. God's mandate is to treat others as a family.

Leviticus 19:34

“The foreigner who lives with you will be like one born among you, and you will love him as yourself, because you were a foreigner in the land of Egypt; I am the Lord your God ”

In the eternal words of this text, Scripture clearly establishes a definitive guide on how to interact with foreigners. The spirit of these teachings runs throughout the Bible. God expects us to interact with foreigners in a selfless spirit, deep, helpful and full of Christian love. He reminds his people that they, who were once foreigners in Egypt, should, more than anyone else, consider what it feels like to be treated as foreigners. The first lesson is not to forget how rejection feels and never give rise to it. His instructions on the treatment of foreigners contradict what normally happens in the world. The Lord says that when a foreigner comes to our house, he must be received as a "born among you," that is, as part of the family! Since the Jews gave great importance to the family lineage, these divine teachings had a great impact on them. This emphasized what the foreign being represented before the eyes of God. The second lesson reminds us that all humanity is a great family. Treat others that way.

thank you very much for sharing this deep insight with brethren here. I love the second lesson in this peace.

A popular reggae artiste sang that you should ''respect me for who I am and not what I am'' Who are you on may ask? A human, simple. Rather than what I am "a stranger".

Jesus saw the need for this that is why he admonished his disciples that whatsoever you do to the least of the brethren, you do it to to me.
