Dramatic climate pronouncements often based on little data: Tony Heller

From time to time we hear reports along the lines of, "It has gotten in Region A or in Country B." New reports show a catastrophic warming taking place,

But is there real data to back that up? Not always, apparently. Tony Heller in a video linked below shows how statements along those lines regarding Congo are based on very little data, literally a dozen data points, which certainly do not show any trends at all. An outlier point that showed up one day, showing a temperature a few decimal points of a degree Centigrade above the previous records may literally show little but some short-lived very local anomaly that may have only lasted a couple of hours and does not, once again, translate into any kind of trend.

So is there solid irrefutable evidence of our world getting warmer and warmer? Hardly - if hard data are to be properly analyzed and believed.
