La investigación de esta universidad danesa se llevó a cabo junto con Drones4Energy, una asociación de grupos daneses que pretenden desarrollar una tecnología para facilitar y mejorar el trabajo de instalaciones y mantenimiento en los 7000 km de la red eléctrica nacional, para ello han diseñado estos drones.
