
There is a routine, which creates the same results day after day.
Does any of this sound familiar?
According to Quantum Law your past is becoming your future. Here is a quote from Dr. Joe Dispenza, from his book, “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself”, page 43.
”When you think from your past memories, you can only create past experiences.”
Please read the sentence again.
”All the “knowns” in your life cause your brain to think and feel in similar ways, thus creating knowable outcomes, you continually reaffirm your life as you know it. And since your brain is equal to your environment, then each morning, your senses plug you into the same reality and initiate the same stream of consciousness.”
Dr. Joe Dispenza explains, when you wake up in the morning you remember that is your spouse lying next to you, the dog needs to go out and so on. With all this you associate your outer familiar world with who you think you are.
“…by remembering yourself in this dimension, this particular time and space.”
What to do
Breaking the habit of who you think you are can be done and your life can change.
Meditation including guided meditations opens your thinking to make changes.
We are not this solid matter, we are the empty space that creates the matter.

Here I am typing away sipping out of my favorite cup.
The same cup for close to 35 years, lol it’s staying the same.

You can actually observer this when you wake up in another place. I always feel confused when I wake in a hotel or someone's house for the 1st time. You expect your usual reality but it's not there and it throws you off course. So, another way to breake the routine is to travel even if it's to next town over.
This happens to me too. This is crazy when you think about it really. Your body is genuinely shocked you have deviated from the norm.
yeah, I think this proves at least in a small way that we create our reality. I've tried to change small things when I "reconstruct" my reality while I'm waking up and it actually works
That is funny, because I don't get this. I actually sleep better when I travel.
hmmm maybe you're naturally more flexible then me. Do you manifest the things you want in life fairly easy?

It's a good idea to have a mental clear out regularly otherwise we can get stuck in a rut!
I'm planning a trip around Europe and the first thing I thought about was. Fly or drive?
Driving you get to see more and can stop whenever you like.
Flying has become a pain in the you know where plus you miss so much.

Interesting food for thought. I woke up next to my spouse, let the dogs out, and am currently sipping my coffee :) And already,I’m thinking about tomorrow’s routine: need clean work uniform, need to make sure to set out the kids outfits for school, pack lunches, etc... At least I get to break the routine every now and then!
