Postlude on "Old Hundredth" - Phil Lehenbauer | Secrets of Organ Playing Contest Week 122

This is my entry for the Secrets of Organ Playing Contest Week 122.
I'm playing a piece based on the OLD HUNDREDTH hymn tune by Phil Lehenbauer.

The OLD HUNDREDTH hymn tune needs no formal introduction but this arrangement needs a special introduction as the meter is in 5/4 and has tremendous energy to it. I also couldn't resist leaving out the chamades on the Casavant organ sampled by Sonus Paradisi again! An instrument like this is more or less what you would expect from a large American parish church so I think it suits Phil's music very well. Have a listen to Phil's rendition here:
