Today's recording is a short work by Gilbert Martin apparently on the American folk tune "Evening Shadows". I have not heard of the folk tune before and was unsuccessful in my brief search for it on Google. The organ work is a nice, reflective setting of the tune, utilizing a 2 2/3 stop for the third sounding of the melody. Hope you enjoy.
