One way to save on the high premiums, on American Silver Eagles, is to look for the mishandled items. These 19, ASEs, were around $10, off. The worst are still Extra-Fine to almost uncirculated. Some are colorized and semi-key dates. And since they are already mishandled, one, like myself, can touch & hold them, without the worry, of hurting their value.
