¡Hola amigos! Sean bienvenidos a mi post, en esta ocasión les vengo a traer un paso a paso mostrando como realice la ilustración de “kaguya” personaje de la pelicula titulada "el cuenta de la princesa kaguya".

Esta es una película de animación japonesa producida por Studio Ghibli y estrenada en Japón a finales de 2013. Se basa en el cuento popular japonés El cuento del cortador de bambú, conocido también como El cuento de la princesa Kaguya. Fue la quinta película escrita y dirigida por Isao Takahata (La tumba de las luciérnagas, Recuerdos del ayer, Pompoko, Mis vecinos los Yamada) dentro de Studio Ghibli y la octava de su filmografía. Se trata del vigésimo-primer largometraje producido por Ghibli.

Como tal la historia comienza cuando una pareja de ancianos campesinos encuentran a una niña diminuta dentro de una planta de bambú y deciden adoptarla como si fuera su hija. Convertida rápidamente en una hermosa mujer, es pretendida por muchos hombres, incluido el emperador. Sin embargo, su inicial júbilo se ve reducido a tristeza, pues asegura que vendrán por ella las personas de la luna, lugar del que es originaria.

El cartel promocional anuncia "El crimen de una princesa y su castigo" y parte de la premisa de una hermosa mujer que nació de un bambú cuyo cortador acoge en su hogar donde será criada, junto con la esposa del cortador, como una hija.

En lo personal ame mucho la historia de este largometraje sin duda es hermosa, eso junto al arte y como hicieron tanto ambiente como personajes es simplemente sublime

Hello friends! Welcome to my post, this time I come to bring you a step by step showing how to make the illustration of "kaguya" character from the movie entitled "the account of the princess kaguya".

This is a Japanese animation film produced by Studio Ghibli and released in Japan at the end of 2013. It is based on the Japanese folktale The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, also known as The Tale of the Princess Kaguya. It was the fifth film written and directed by Isao Takahata (The Tomb of the Fireflies, Memories of yesterday, Pompoko, My neighbors the Yamada) within Studio Ghibli and the eighth of his filmography. It is the twenty-first full-length film produced by Ghibli.

As such, the story begins when a couple of elderly farmers find a tiny girl inside a bamboo plant and decide to adopt her as if she were their daughter. Quickly converted into a beautiful woman, it is intended by many men, including the emperor. However, his initial joy is reduced to sadness, because he assures that the people of the moon will come for it, where he is from.

The promotional poster announces "The crime of a princess and its punishment" and part of the premise of a beautiful woman who was born from a bamboo whose cutter welcomes her home where she will be raised, along with the wife of the cutter, as a daughter.

Personally, I love the story of this film without a doubt it is beautiful, that along with art and how they made as much atmosphere as characters is simply sublime

punto 4.png Como siempre comienzo mis ilustraciones con un boceto del personaje tomando como referencia el arte original del mismo, para la princesa le agregé ciertos elementos en el fondo para darle esa escencia que tiene en la pelicula.

punto 4.png As always I start my illustrations with a sketch of the character taking as reference the original art of the same, for the princess I added certain elements in the background to give her that essence that she has in the movie.

paso 2/ step 2

punto 4.png Luego de tener un boceto del personaje comence a darle color, esta vez inicie con el cabello.

punto 4.png Teniendo listo el cabello le di color a la ropa de la princesa la misma la separe en 3 partes, en el arte original ella lleva un atuento tipico de sacerdotiza (lo note por la combinacion de colores y como era) asi que decidi seguir con ello solo con la diferencia que le agregé flores de sakura a la parte de arriba.

punto 4.png Having the hair ready I gave color to the princess' clothes, she separated it into 3 parts, in the original art she has a typical priestly attire (I noticed it because of the combination of colors and how it was) so I decided to continue with it only with the difference that I added sakura flowers to the top part.

punto 4.png Una vez lista la ropa comence a darle color a su piel jugando con tonos claros y oscuros para brindarle algo de profundidad a su rostro

punto 4.png Once ready, the clothes begin to give color to your skin playing with light and dark tones to bring some depth to your face

punto 4.png Ya con la piel terminada me dedide a darle vida a la ilustracion con la mirada y la sonrisa de la misma, queria darle un toque de ternura, inocencia y sorpresa a la misma.

punto 4.png With the finished skin I dedicated myself to give life to the illustration with the look and smile of it, I wanted to give a touch of tenderness, innocence and surprise to it.

punto 4.png Por ultimo le agrege la corona que lleva puesta, no fue muy complicada de hacer pero siempre que le da un toque mas lindo a la ilustracion

punto 4.png Finally, he adds the crown that he wears, it was not very complicated to do but always that he gives a more beautiful touch to the illustration

punto 4.png Ahora es momento de hacer el fondo, como una de las premisas de la pelicua es que ella no se casara con nadie pues espera a que la luna la busque, decidi hacer un cielo nocturno con la luna, las estrellas y una pequeña rama de flor de sakura para darle ese toque japones que llevo siguiendo en esta ilustración.

punto 4.png Now is the time to make the background, as one of the premises of the movie is that she does not marry anyone because she waits for the moon to look for her, decided to make a night sky with the moon, the stars and a small branch of flower of sakura to give that Japanese touch that I have been following in this illustration.
