When we moved to the Pyrenees all the locals told us it doesn't snow any more at this altitude because of global warming. Thankfully global warming isn't a real thing and it has snowed every winter for the last three, each year a bit earlier and with a bit more snow.

It is the same story in Spain right now. Unprecedented snowfall when no one expected it. Except for all those pesky conspiracy theorists who believe the world is on a cooling trend ;)

It was interesting to observe how our entire village was incapacitated without adequate salt or distribution methods last week. All the cars were sliding around without snow chains and couldn't go anywhere for two days while they figured out how to de-ice all the roads. Obviously no one has snow chains any more due to their belief they will never see snow again.

Bless 'em.

I will be ready to sell them snow chains next year :)

Love & Light everyone 🌱

Ha ha, cat sez yo, this ain't no snow...coz the global-warmists say so...and, as 2020 will show..."we believe not our eyes, for we cannot know".

Love it :)

Excellent little jingle there. Enjoyed that.

This is an agricultural region, mostly famous for its grapes. For the last two years their crops didn't produce anything sellable, damaged by mildew which appeared due to the excessive rain throughout the season.

What I've noticed is that the belief in global warming tends to make the farmers hold on to hope that next year will be less wet and they will have a great harvest. When in fact, it is over for the wine production in this region now and they should be preparing for shorter, less manageable growing seasons with a different type of crop. So the global warming cover story guarantees the complete breakdown of agriculture, handing it neatly over to our rulers to look after on our behalf. And no more will our food come from friendly farmers.

They don't even make their plan a secret: https://www.rockefellerfoundation.org/report/reset-the-table-meeting-the-moment-to-transform-the-u-s-food-system/

And yet people still cling to the hope that everything will return to 'normal' soon. Which has always been a bit funny to me. There was nothing normal about the way we lived our lives, even before the world become a police state.

Have an awesome New Moon!

Glad you liked it :)

It is a sad state of affairs...folk believe 'authority' rather than own direct experience. In fear, critical thinking is relinquished.

Incredible how 'open' the hidden misleaders are with their agenda(s). Interestingly, I've heard various references to the primacy of 'freewill', such that even they have to observe it by declaring out loud. Indeed, from this POV, a lot of the psy-ops seem designed in this manner so that folk willingly accept the 'contract'.

And yet people still cling to the hope that everything will return to 'normal' soon. Which has always been a bit funny to me. There was nothing normal about the way we lived our lives, even before the world become a police state.

Yes huh?!! In these days of being tightly squeezed, even the recent past can seem like Utopia. Degraded indeed is the notion of 'freedom' if that be so.

I struggle at times, but my fundamental optimism is still intact. At the 'highest' level there is no good, no bad, no evil etc......just a vast multitude of 'spirit' beings having human (and non-human :) experiences, playing roles and ultimately - in the oneness of it all - growing and expanding.

I've not let go of the notion that collectively humanity is being pushed to the point of breakdown - after which will follow break-through. I still see it, I still experience it, I still feel it. Were I no longer to.......well, dunno, I guess I'd be longing for the 'old' normal again lol.

The cat is the best hahaha i love your family i hope are good! 🤗

We are all good thanks. And the cat has been having so much fun in the snow. I thought she wouldn't like it, but much like the rest of the family she just wants to go out and play ;)

Sending some snow hugz ❄︎

Fun photos! :)) I guess everyone except me is enjoying the snow!

What part of the world are you in?

I live in Turkey's Izmir. It snowed in some districts of Izmir at the weekend. There was snow almost everywhere except the district where I live. 😔

Don't feel sad. Unknown to most people, the world really is on a cooling trend and the whole of turkey will eventually see snow as something normal which happens every winter.
