10% released, that's almost nothing at all... they should dump those files on a blockchain in order to release them to the public and in order for them to not be censored, the problem is, would this be safe? The amount of info those files have would probably put many people in danger, dumping them on a blockchain without a careful comb through the info to censor out the parts that shouldn't be released would be a must... But who would do this? What would be the criteria used to know what information should be public forever...
