Bret's wife wasn't happy that they weren't pulling in more cash, causing him to feel inadequate. Bret so honored her and grieved the loss of his marriage that he consumed alcohol, night after night, until it consumed him.
Chris was a gay man who felt wronged, abandoned and unaccepted by society. He didn't know that being unaccepted by society was both a compliment and God's open invitation to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Instead of having God glorify her pain; her afflictions, the rejection of her own family and the family she never got to know she had rooting for her and waiting on her upon her death brought on an early departure from Earth.

Instead of turning to Christ for the strength and love and unending compassion that would have been bestowed upon him, he partook of the world's offerings: Dead fruit that leads us all to perish.

Everyone is worthy of God's love. Anyone willing to knock on that door gets a warm greeting. But by the Grace and Mercy of God Almighty is my life precious.
This world favors the conformist who must be like everyone else so as to fit in. You fit in with Christ, no matter who you are, what you have, what you desire, what you've DONE.
The world favors those easily tempted, easily persuaded, charmed by forked tongues, lascivious stares, 'heavenly' bodies.
When you turn to what the world has to offer in terms of placation, calm, peace, serenity, assistance, power or happiness you will find yourself consuming and consuming, vampiring until you are not even close to slaked. You possess a soul and only one substance can quench a thirst you are dying for. That is Our Heavenly Father and His Love. When you feed and distract the body you are enjoying the pleasures of this world, ticking off reason after reason to be thrown into the lake of fire. Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, sure...do that...but no one knows the hour, not even the angels of Heaven or the Son, but the Father only. His eye is on the sparrow and he counts every hair on our heads.
Deny that self that is constantly being sold to, constantly being teased senseless by the stimulation of your senses. Whatever is loud and sumptuous, whatever reels in your eyes for a feast, whatever reeks of decadence and distraction is your downfall. It is a worldly good.
Take up your cross and follow Christ. It is an urgent call to those with ears to hear. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
Is it easy? No, that's why we walk with Christ, who endured a life just like all of us have been blessed with, for once we were gifts from above.

Is it any wonder the Starseeds are so plentiful and yet so confused? They've confused being Children of God with being Children of other galaxies.
You are worthy of so much. God sent His only Son to earth to walk amongst you, to sacrifice Himself in God's name FOR you...and ALL...so that you could spend Eternity WITH them forever and ever.
How much more worthy could a soul be?
