All of us at some point in our lives have heard the story of some very wealthy person in which he was cold-hearted and very greedy, he accumulated a lot of wealth but the worst thing is that he did not share it with absolutely anyone, much less with those who needed.
Perhaps this is one of the many stories but in reality, aren't we at some point in our lives just like this type of person?
To the one who asks you, give him; and whoever wants to borrow from you, do not refuse him.
Matthew 5:42
Although we are called to be generous and that is God's recommendation to us, at times we feel that we have a lot of burden and we have a lot of concern about the circumstances we are going through and right now we usually think that if we should accumulate and conserve our resources despite everything.
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
2 Corinthians 9.6
We know that this is a recommendation and God's desire for us and even when we understand this, it is very, very difficult for us to be givers.
Each one of us as children of God, as a community, if from this very moment we reflect on giving, we will have the opportunity to respond to the needs of those who need us, in this way we are blessing our brothers or people in need, also helping them to bear their burdens.
Now the big question is: what do you have to share with those in need? What is that which is not necessarily an economic sacrifice? Here you can offer your time, your talent, everything that can benefit others, not necessarily being something purely economic.

Todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos escuchado la historia de alguna persona muy adinerada en el que era fría de corazón y muy avaro, acumulaba muchísima riqueza pero lo peor es que no compartía con absolutamente nadie y mucho menos con aquellos que necesitaban.
Quizás esto sea una de las tantas historias pero en la realidad ¿no somos en algún momento de nuestras vidas igual que este tipo de personas?.
Al que te pida, dale; y al que quiera tomar de ti prestado, no se lo rehúses.

Si bien somos llamados a ser generosos y esa es la recomendación de Dios para con nosotros, en algunos momentos sentimos que tenemos mucha carga y tenemos mucha preocupación por las circunstancias que atravesamos y en estos momento solemos pensar que si debemos acumular y conservar nuestros recursos a pesar de todo.
Pero esto digo: El que siembra escasamente, también segará escasamente; y el que siembra generosamente, generosamente también segará.
2 Corintios 9.6
Sabemos que esto es una recomendación y deseo de Dios para con nosotros y aún cuando entendemos esto, se nos hace muy pero muy difícil ser dadores.
Cada uno de nosotros como hijos de Dios, como comunidad, si a partir de este mismo momento reflexionamos acerca del dar, tendremos la oportunidad de responder a la necesidad de los que necesitan de nosotros, de esta manera estamos bendiciendo a nuestros hermanos o a personas que necesitan ayudándoles también a sobrellevar sus cargas.
Ahora la gran pregunta es: ¿qué es lo que tú tienes para compartir con aquellos que necesitan? ¿Qué es aquello que no sea necesariamente un sacrificio económico? Aquí puedes ofrecer de tu tiempo, de tu talento de todo aquello que pueda beneficiar a otros no siendo necesariamente algo netamente económico.
