Hola mis amigos de Hive… hoy es sábado de arepa, la receta es demasiado buena, deliciosa y muy fácil de hacer, AREPA DE REINA PEPIADA.

Hello my friends from Hive… today is arepa Saturday, the recipe is too good, delicious and very easy to make, AREPA DE REINA PEPIADA.

SOLO NECESITAS LOS SIGUIENTES INGREDIENTES:
• 1 pechuga de pollo mechada.
• ½ cebolla morada o blanca.
• 1 aguacate mediano.
• Manojo de cilantro.
• Sal, pimienta y limón.

ES LO MAXIMO ESTE RELLENO….

YOU ONLY NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
• 1 chicken breast shredded.
• ½ purple or white onion.
• 1 medium avocado.
• Bunch of cilantro.
• Salt, pepper and lemon.

THIS FILLING IS THE MAXIMUM….

PREPARACION:

En un bolw agregamos todos los ingredientes menos la sal, pimienta y el limón.

PREPARATION:

In a bowl we add all the ingredients except the salt, pepper and lemon.

En la foto siguiente solo empezamos a mezclar todo lo que hay en el bolw.

In the next photo we just started to mix everything in the bolw.

Por último agregamos la sal, pimiento y el limón, seguimos mezclando, no le hace falta agregar nada, con el aguacate es más que suficiente, si le agregamos mayonesa u otros tipos de grasa estamos agregando más grasa, ya tenemos una grasa excelente que es nuestro aguacate.

Finally we add the salt, pepper and lemon, we continue mixing, you do not need to add anything, with the avocado it is more than enough, if we add mayonnaise or other types of fat we are adding more fat, we already have an excellent fat that is our avocado.
