Soy repostero. Torta de Cambur (Banana)

Hoy les traigo una torta que prácticamente se hace Mayormente con la fruta. La proporción es un 85% de pulpa de cambur, muy maduro. Y el otro 15% está entre el azúcar, huevos y harina (se usa poca). La receta es de mi abuela, y la como desde niño. Es deliciosa parece un “quesillo” Que es un dulce venezolano parecido al flan.

Torta de Cambur (tipo pudin)

Ingredientes

1 y medio kilos de Cambures (Bananas) deben estar muy maduros (también conseguir unos más firmes para el adorno)

Azúcar

Margarina 2 cucharadas

1 - 2 Huevos

Harina de trigo

Canela.

Preparación

Hacer un puré los cambures, batirlo bastante.

Ir agregando el azúcar, la margarina y el resto de los ingredientes de a poco.

Se engrasa y enharinan los moldes, agregas la mezcla.

Usando rodajas de cambures más firmes haces un adorno en la superficie y al horno a fuego medio .

Un Secreto

La torta queda deliciosa por si sola. Si deseas potenciar los sabores y convertirla en una muy nutritiva merienda, puedes agregar queso a gusto, antes de hornearla para que quede como un acostra, o se la comen con queso despues. Recuerda, queso a gusto.
