Concepto aportado por Friedlander (filósofo alemán) y amigo de F. Perls (Padre de la Terapia Gestalt), haciendo referencia al proceso de equilibrio entre dos polos opuestos respecto a un fenómeno del comportamiento humano. Un equilibrio necesario para la salud de la persona.

¿Aburrido? Probablemente habrás observado en ti, algún rasgo o característica que sientas opuestos: en ocasiones me altero de forma exagerada como también voy a una tranquilidad que no se me reconoce. En ocasiones puedo ser tremendamente dulce como volverme arisco y apático. Simpático/borde. Bondadoso/hijodeputa. Ternura/agresivo. Esto podría considerarse como POLARIDADES. Forma parte del ser humano (lo detallaré en otro POST) independientemente de si jugamos o no ambos polos.

La indiferencia creativa hace referencia a ese lugar central entre ambos opuestos, como si dejáramos de identificarnos con uno o con el otro y observáramos sencillamente, con indiferencia. Desidentificarte de lo que crees que eres para permitir expresarte con mayor libertad, en el momento de reconocer las polaridades resulta mas sencillo aceptarlas y dejar de pelear contra uno mismo.

Y la herramienta mas potente para trabajar polaridades: EL ARTE. El arte, aparte de ser un enorme foco de luz en la expresión y liberación de la energía, se puede utilizar para explorar distintos lugares de uno mismo.

Así doy pie a un nuevo espacio: SUGERENCIAS CINEMATOGRÁFICAS RELACIONADAS CON EL CRECIMIENTO Y DESARROLLO DE LA PERSONALIDAD. Y es que cuando nos ponemos delante de la pantalla, no dejamos de identificarnos con personajes, se remueven emociones y posiblemente aprendamos nuevas formas de hacer que no contemplamos.
