Hello Hiveans, in my post today I come to share one of my favorite recipes, both as a snack, or as a dinner, which is how I am going to share it particularly. You can accompany them with different dips or creams. I recommend garlic or mango dressing. It is an explosion of flavors.

SHRIMP AND FINGERS OVERFLOWED.
|400GR DE HARINA DE TRIGO||400GR OF WHEAT FLOUR|
|2 HUEVOS||2 EGGS|
|1 CUCHARADA DE SAL||1 TABLESPOON OF SALT|
|1 CUCHARADA DE PIMIENTA||1 TABLESPOON PEPPER|
|1 CUCHARADA DE POLVO PARA HORNEAR||HALF SPOON BAKING POWDER|
|MEDIA CUCHARADA DE AJO EN POLDO||row 2 column 2|
|MEDIA CUCHARADA DE MOSTAZA||HALF SPOON OF MUSTARD|
|ACEITE PARA FREIR||OIL FOR FRYING|
Mainly I recommend having the shrimp and fish previously cleaned and cut.

Apart, in a bold add the wheat flour, the eggs, a tablespoon of baking powder, half a tablespoon of garlic powder, a tablespoon of ground pepper and a half tablespoon of mustard. Add half a cup of water and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the shrimp and wrap them in the mixture.
Later they are fried, on both sides with enough hot oil. Being golden take out.
And they are placed on a napkin so that they absorb the excess oil.
In the same way, the fish strips are placed inside the homogeneous mixture.
I particularly made some shrimp wraps, and some fish.
I added carrot and cabbage salad dressed with mayonnaise. And on top of the roll, place extra mango dip.
