Hola Hiveans, en mi publicación del día de hoy les vengo a compartir una de mis recetas favoritas, tanto como pasapalo, o como cena que es como particularmente la voy a compartir. Puedes acompañarlas con diferentes dips o cremas. Yo recomiendo aderezo de ajo o mango. Es una explosión de sabores.

CAMARONES Y DEDITOS DE PESCADO REBOSADOS.

400GR DE HARINA DE TRIGO	400GR OF WHEAT FLOUR
2 HUEVOS	2 EGGS
1 CUCHARADA DE SAL	1 TABLESPOON OF SALT
1 CUCHARADA DE PIMIENTA	1 TABLESPOON PEPPER
1 CUCHARADA DE POLVO PARA HORNEAR	HALF SPOON BAKING POWDER
MEDIA CUCHARADA DE AJO EN POLDO	row 2 column 2
MEDIA CUCHARADA DE MOSTAZA	HALF SPOON OF MUSTARD
ACEITE PARA FREIR	OIL FOR FRYING

PREPARACION:

Principalmente recomiendo tener previamente limpios y cortados los camarones y el pescado.

Luego, en un bold añade los camarones y el pescado y se deben salpimentar.

Luego se mezclan, para que absorban bien los ingredientes.

Aparte, en un bold añadimos el harina de trigo, los huevos, cucharada de polvo para hornear, media cucharada de ajo en polvo, cucharada de pimienta molida Y media cucharada de mostaza. Añadimos media taza de agua y mezclamos hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

Yo particularmente, prepare algunos enrollados de camarones, y otros de pescado. </center

I particularly made some shrimp wraps, and some fish.

Añadí ensalada de zanahoria y repollo aderezada con mayonesa. Y encima del enrollado coloque dip de mango extra.

I added carrot and cabbage salad dressed with mayonnaise. And on top of the roll, place extra mango dip.
