El pasado 17 de julio del presente año el habilidoso jugador asturiano Santi Cazorla volvió a desplegar su talento. 636 días después de su última aparición en un terreno de juego, el 19 de Octubre de 2016 contra ludogorets defendiendo los colores del Arsenal en partido válido por la UEFA Champions League. El jugador 2 veces campeón europeo con la selección española quien sufrió un verdadero calvario debido a una lesión en el talón de aquiles, y una infección en su primera intervención quirúrgica que casi lo deja inválido. Volverá a sentirse jugador profesional esta temporada con el conjunto del Villarreal. Equipo con el que hace 15 años hiciera su debut en la primera división del fútbol español.

Nunca se dio por vencido. Será un verdadero placer poder disfrutar de este magnífico jugador otra vez. Ahora defendiendo los colores del submarino amarillo Santi volverá a encantarnos con la magia y calidad a la que tantos años nos acostumbró con el conjunto de los "gunners". El fútbol te da revancha revancha Santi, a veces pensamos que es injusto pero siempre nos regala otra oportunidad. Esta oportunidad un romántico regreso junto a la afición que te vio dar tus primeros pasos, ahora te verá volver a la grandeza.
