Papas al hilo muy faciles de preparar, use tres papas grandes las lave muy bien luego les quite la piel y las raye por el lado mas fino del rayador, las puse en agua con sal por un rato luego las deje escurrir muy bien y las meti al congelador por un par de horas, puse a calentar una sarten un bastante aceite y las puse a freir luego las esparci sobre una una bandeja con varias servilletas debajo y las deje enfriar luego las guarde en bolsas plastica y meti a la nevera, una forma facil de tener papitas listas a la hora de hacer, hamburguesas, perros calientes, pepitos y muchas cosas mas. Las verdad fue muy facil prepararlas.
