“En el principio creo Dios” ¿Qué es lo que creó Dios? En principio todo lo que existe. En Rom.1:20 Pablo dice: “Porque las cosas invisibles de Él, su terno poder y deidad, se hacen claramente visibles desde la creación del mundo, siendo entendidas por medio de las cosas hechas, de modo que no tienen excusa”. O sea, Dios puede ser visto por medio de su creación.
Solo Dios tiene extraordinario poder creativo, solo Dios tiene poder originador. La palabra hebrea para crear es “Barah” se la usa más de cincuenta veces y significa hacer algo de la nada.
Uno puede ver la mano de Dios en todo lo existente. Cada célula del cuerpo humano es maravillosa y hay más de tres billones en nuestro cuerpo. Un profesor de biología dijo: “Una sola célula humana es más complicada en su existencia que la ciudad de New York”.
A los que hablan de la evolución, me gustaría preguntarles ¿Dónde, cómo y cuándo, nació esa mezcla primera y primitiva que dio comienzo al proceso evolutivo? Y si responden que eso vino de otro planeta, entonces, ¿De dónde viene ese otro planeta?
Dios creó todo con un determinado propósito ¿Por qué lo hizo?
Cuando observa la creación hay dos cosas que puede observar fácilmente, DISEÑO Y PROPÓSITO. Pero persiste la pregunta de ¿Por qué lo hizo?
Gen 1:27 “Y creó Dios al hombre a su imagen, a imagen de Dios lo creó; varón y hembra los creó”
Gen 2:7 “Entonces Jehová Dios formó al hombre del polvo de la tierra, y sopló en su nariz aliento de vida, y fue el hombre un ser viviente”
Así Dios hizo a Adán formado del polvo de la tierra, hecho con los elementos de la tierra y Dios sopló en la nariz de ese muñeco de barro y se transformó en un ser viviente.
¿Qué es el hombre?
Es cuerpo, alma y espíritu. Dios hizo al hombre del polvo de la tierra, Dios sopló en la nariz del hombre aliento de vida y eso es el Espíritu de Dios y el hombre vino a ser un alma viviente. Veamos 1°Tes 5:23-24
“Y el mismo Dios de paz os santifique por completo; y todo vuestro ser, espíritu, alma y cuerpo, sea guardado irreprensible para la venida de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. 24 Fiel es el que os llama, el cual también lo hará”
Ud y yo tenemos un cuerpo, esto es piel, pelo, huesos, músculos, venas, nervios, hígado, pulmones, etc, eso es nuestro cuerpo. Y con éste cuerpo tenemos vida física y estamos en contacto con el mundo físico, pero la biblia también dice que tenemos un alma
¿Qué es el alma?
La palabra griega para “alma” es “psique” que es la palabra raíz de donde tenemos palabras como psicología, psiquiatría, etc.
El alma es la parte emocional de cada uno de nosotros, la porción cognitiva que vive en nuestro cuerpo, la mente, las emociones, la voluntad. Todas esas cosas que hacen de nosotros lo que somos y definen nuestra personalidad, inteligencia, sentido del humor, proclividades, idiosincrasias. Esa es nuestra alma.
Con nuestro cuerpo tenemos vida física y contacto con el mundo físico, con nuestra alma tenemos vida psicológica y conocemos el mundo dentro y alrededor de nosotros.
¿Qué es el espíritu?
Solía pensar que alma y espíritu eran lo mismo, pero eso no es lo que las Escrituras enseñan. Pablo menciona cuerpo, alma y espíritu. Dios mismo establece una diferencia entre alma y espíritu. Busque Heb 4:12“Porque la palabra de Dios es viva y eficaz, y más cortante que toda espada de dos filos; y penetra hasta partir el alma y el espíritu, las coyunturas y los tuétanos, y discierne los pensamientos y las intenciones del corazón”
Tenemos espíritu que es la parte de nuestra naturaleza que nos capacita para conocer a Dios, porque Dios es Espíritu y los que le adoran, en espíritu y en verdad es necesario que le adoren. En espíritu y en verdad. Cuando somos salvos el Espíritu de Dios testifica a nuestro propio espíritu de que somos hijos de Dios
Ahora, las plantas tienen un cuerpo pero no tienen un alma. Los animales tienen alma. En ese sentido la palabra alma significa “vida consiente”.
En el Génesis se habla de criaturas bíblicas que tienen “néfesch” palabra griega que significa “alma”. Por si no lo sabía su perro tiene mente, emoción y voluntad. Pero lo que lo hace al hombre más que un animal inteligente, es que tiene un espíritu. Los perros nunca oran, aunque muchos seres humanos tampoco lo hacen, y los animales no piensan en la eternidad.
Las plantas tienen vida inanimada, los animales tienen vida animada, pero solo los humanos tienen vida espiritual. Dios puso en nosotros un espíritu, sopló en nuestra nariz aliento de vida y vinimos a ser seres vivientes, porque el Espíritu de Dios está en nosotros.
Es el Espíritu, el órgano de nuestro conocimiento espiritual, y Dios creó al hombre para vivir en él, y Adán fue una casa de 3 ambientes, por decirlo de alguna manera. Siendo que Dios es un Dios Trino, tiene preferencia por el número “tres”, Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo. Y todo lo que Dios creó refleja esa verdad.

God created everything with a certain purpose. Why did He do it?

What is man?
It is body, soul and spirit. God made man from the dust of the earth, God breathed into the nose of man breath of life and that is the Spirit of God and man became a living soul. Let's look at 1 Thess 5: 23-24

What is the soul?
The Greek word for "soul" is "psyche" which is the root word from where we have words like psychology, psychiatry, etc.
The soul is the emotional part of each of us, the cognitive portion that lives in our body, the mind, the emotions, the will. All those things that make us what we are and define our personality, intelligence, sense of humor, proclivities, idiosyncrasies. That is our soul.
With our body we have physical life and contact with the physical world, with our soul we have psychological life and we know the world in and around us.
What is the spirit?
I used to think that soul and spirit were the same, but that is not what the Scriptures teach. Paul mentions body, soul, and spirit. God Himself makes a difference between soul and spirit. Look up Heb 4:12 “For the word of God is alive and effective, and sharper than any two-edged sword; and penetrates to the soul and spirit, the joints and the marrow, and discerns the thoughts and intentions of the heart "
We have a spirit that is the part of our nature that enables us to know God, because God is Spirit and those who adore him, in spirit and in truth, they must adore him. In true and spirit. When we are saved the Spirit of God testifies to our own spirit that we are children of God
Now plants have a body but they don't have a soul. Animals have souls. In this sense, the word soul means "conscious life".
In Genesis biblical creatures are spoken of as having the Greek word "nefesch" meaning "soul." In case you did not know, your dog has mind, emotion and will. But what makes man more than an intelligent animal is that he has a spirit. Dogs never pray, although many human beings do not pray either, and animals do not think of eternity.
Plants have inanimate life, animals have animate life, but only humans have spiritual life. God put a spirit in us, breathed into our noses the breath of life and we became living beings, because the Spirit of God is in us.
It is the Spirit, the organ of our spiritual knowledge, and God created man to live in it, and Adam was a 3-room house, so to speak. Being that God is a Triune God, he has a preference for the number "three", Father, Son and Holy Spirit. And everything that God created reflects that truth.
