The smell of fresh sage grass is a bit like a scent of herbal medicine that is a combination of Eundan as the throat refreshing agent, garlic, and pine needles, but it has an exotic feel rather than an oriental one. Taking a bite of fresh grass seems to taste like mugwort at first, but has a subtle remains of bitter aftertaste. I enjoyed this kind of sensible taste. In case Korea, whenever spring's coming, there are many kinds of traditional salads with bitten taste of herbs.
After frying rosemary and sage in butter and oil, I made seafood spaghetti with mushroom and enjoyed the smell of it while cooking. Picture of Final food was not taken because of hungry eating.
I love the scent of Clary Sage Oil. However, when reading books regarding aromatherapy, explanations about sage is easy to look, but there are not many about Clary Sage. I wanted to know their difference. So I searched the internet and found a site that explains the difference in detail. One thing in common is that both oils are useful to women.
