# Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 75 Report Card

@heroldius

Again, I didn't make it to Diamond I but I was only 2 points away from getting there before I crossed paths with Yodin and Llama (I don't like them). I'm going to get there one day 😀...

And this was the first season with the new reward system. At first, I thought I was going to have a harder time getting chests. And comparing this report with last season, that was the case 😀

I was only 2 points short of Diamond I. It's pretty frustrating... The win ratio is almost back to 1. The big difference from last season is the number of fights done, 287 this season instead of 164. I wanted to open a lot of chests then a lot of fights to improve the Focus Quest. But with the old system, 5 combats (in the best case) and 10 rewards. Now 5 chests max for me... The designers of the game wanted us to play more, and well it's a success 😀

In terms of cards received, this has dropped a lot, 63 cards in total with only one Legendary and 3 common Gold Foils instead of 97 the season before (no legendary and 2 common Gold Foils). The only increase came from the number of DEC received when opening the chests 13,184 instead of 1,701. But considering the price of the DEC, we can't say that this is a win-win. Anyway I prefer to get cards to improve my deck.

On the other hand, I have earned a lot more DEC through rental without having done anything. The new system has made rentals more attractive. Will this motivate me to try to manage this part better? I don't think so 😀

Only 30 days left for this airdrop... I'l miss it terribly.

The new dynamic of quests with the Focus is less paying for me. I have to play more to win less... and the current season is going to be even more difficult, because I was two weeks on vacation with my family with a not very fast internet. I didn't play much, I'll try to make up for it in the last days. And for you, how do you find the new system? More advantageous or not?

Welcome back. Now earn your way on the battlefield 💪 I find myself spending much more time battling but getting more rewards. New rules actually forced me to build a deck haha. I was playing starter deck and renting everything out. I had an odd ball collection of higher value cards I just rented out. Now that I am playing more I have sold most and rebought cards to have a real OWNED playable deck.

If this change has eliminated bots, that is a good point. I'm also strengthening my decks, but with the end of airdrop, it may be more difficult in the future.
